Investing.com – Finland stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Oil & Gas , Consumer Services and Industrials sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 added 0.65%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Neste Oyj (HE: NESTE ), which rose 4.30% or 0.30 points to trade at 7.37 at the close. Meanwhile, Kojamo (HE: KOJAMO ) added 3.38% or 0.30 points to end at 9.19 and KONE Oyj (HE: KNEBV ) was up 3.01% or 1.46 points to 49.96 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Qt Group Oyj (HE: QTCOM ), which fell 2.82% or 1.95 points to trade at 67.15 at the close. Orion Oyj B (HE: ORNBV ) declined 1.32% or 0.64 points to end at 47.86 and Stora Enso Oyj R (HE: STERV ) was down 1.15% or 0.09 points to 7.39.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 94 to 80 and 15 ended unchanged.

Brent oil for June delivery was up 0.88% or 0.56 to $63.89 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in May rose 0.97% or 0.58 to hit $60.65 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 2.56% or 81.40 to trade at $3,258.90 a troy ounce.

EUR/USD was up 1.20% to 1.13, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.50% to 0.87.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.77% at 99.84.
