Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Industrial Investment , Real Estate Development and Media & Publishing sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.24%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company SCJSC (TADAWUL: 4325 ), which rose 9.84% or 2.32 points to trade at 25.90 at the close. Meanwhile, AL-BABTAIN POWER &TELECOM CO (TADAWUL: 2320 ) added 6.73% or 3.00 points to end at 47.55 and Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL: 8200 ) was up 6.14% or 2.95 points to 51.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC (TADAWUL: 8150 ), which fell 3.85% or 0.58 points to trade at 14.48 at the close. Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing (TADAWUL: 4193 ) declined 3.85% or 1.50 points to end at 37.50 and Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co CSJC (TADAWUL: 7202 ) was down 3.33% or 10.00 points to 290.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 200 to 119 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company SCJSC (TADAWUL: 4325 ) rose to all time highs; rising 9.84% or 2.32 to 25.90.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.10% or 0.06 to $62.96 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.24% or 0.16 to hit $65.64 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.32% or 10.44 to trade at $3,308.84 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.01% to 4.26, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 99.36.
