Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Healthcare , Financials and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 1.82%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were SAAB AB ser. B (ST: SAABb ), which rose 0.27% or 1.30 points to trade at 463.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST: SBBb ) fell 0.26% or 0.01 points to end at 5.28 and ABB Ltd (ST: ABB ) was down 0.33% or 1.80 points to 549.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sinch AB (ST: SINCH ), which fell 5.36% or 1.40 points to trade at 24.71 at the close. Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST: KINVb ) declined 3.42% or 2.80 points to end at 80.10 and Atlas Copco AB Class A (ST: ATCOa ) was down 3.30% or 5.40 points to 158.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 545 to 222 and 65 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.27% or 0.78 to $60.79 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.37% or 0.89 to hit $64.02 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.62% or 20.49 to trade at $3,293.01 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.24% to 10.86, while USD/SEK rose 0.67% to 9.63.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.36% at 99.79.
