Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Industrials , Utilities and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 lost 0.83%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Stora Enso Oyj R (HE: STERV ), which rose 1.15% or 0.10 points to trade at 9.16 at the close. Meanwhile, Nokia Oyj (HE: NOKIA ) added 0.89% or 0.04 points to end at 4.76 and Kesko Oyj (HE: KESKOB ) was up 0.19% or 0.04 points to 20.98 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Outokumpu Oyj (HE: OUT1V ), which fell 3.15% or 0.11 points to trade at 3.38 at the close. Konecranes ABP (HE: KCRA ) declined 2.27% or 1.60 points to end at 68.85 and Wartsila Oyj Abp (HE: WRT1V ) was down 2.15% or 0.39 points to 17.79.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 108 to 51 and 27 ended unchanged.

Shares in Kesko Oyj (HE: KESKOB ) rose to 52-week highs; up 0.19% or 0.04 to 20.98.

Brent oil for July delivery was down 1.53% or 0.99 to $63.92 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in July fell 1.46% or 0.90 to hit $60.67 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.56% or 18.46 to trade at $3,295.04 a troy ounce.

EUR/USD was down 0.44% to 1.13, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.47% to 0.84.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.36% at 99.80.
