Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Real Estate , Oil & Gas and Banking sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 lost 1.25%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE: PHOE ), which rose 1.70% or 128.00 points to trade at 7,652.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Nova (TASE: NVMI ) added 1.64% or 1,090.00 points to end at 67,750.00 and Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE: BEZQ ) was up 0.99% or 5.40 points to 553.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Elbit Systems Ltd (TASE: ESLT ), which fell 6.08% or 8,730.00 points to trade at 134,870.00 at the close. Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE: ENLT ) declined 5.55% or 366.00 points to end at 6,234.00 and Shufersal (TASE: SAE ) was down 3.46% or 125.00 points to 3,484.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 359 to 93 and 86 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.93% or 0.57 to $61.00 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.96% or 0.62 to hit $64.29 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.40% or 13.21 to trade at $3,300.29 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 1.11% to 3.60, while EUR/ILS rose 0.64% to 4.06.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.38% at 99.82.
